          According to the para 7 of the comments filed by the respondents, out of 39,36,982/-, Rs.32,40,432/- have already been paid and remaining bill of Rs.742046/- has already been processes. According to the officials of the respondents present in Court the balance amount would be paid within period of two months’ time from today.  The respondents are directed to pay the amount within two months time from today. The respondents are also directed to return amounts of security as well as call deposit to the petitioner in accordance with law.

          In terms of the above, the petition is disposed of.
