          Comments have already been filed by the respondents No.1 and 2.  While replying to paras 6 & 7 of the memo of petition, the Secretary of the respondent No.1 in his comments admitted the claim of the petitioner, and stated that due to non-availability of funds the respondent No. 1 could not release the salaries to the petitioner’s husband; the remaining salaries would be paid to the legal heirs of the deceased as and when the funds will be available. The respondent No.1 is directed to pay the claim of the petitioner within period of 30 days from today.

          The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
