          In the comments filed by the respondents No. 1 and 3, it is submitted that the case of the petitioner was being process as per Rule 11-A of Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1974, against vacant post except teaching post for approval of Chief Minister, Sindh. The respondents have not denied the claim of the petitioner, as claimed in the petition in merits. Comments were file don 18.10.2011, and for about ten months matter is before Chief Minister, Sindh, without passing any order. It is expected that the Chief Minster, Sindh, pass appropriate order in the matter within 30 days from today. The respondent No.1 is directed to pursue the matter.

          In view of the above directions, the learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and the petition stands disposed of accordingly.
