                        Daughter of the petitioner Mst. Fareeda present in Court an affidavit has been filed by her.  Mr. Tasleem Ahmed Rajput advocate files Vakalatnama for Mst. Fareeda, the alleged detenue. Statement of the alleged detenue Mst. Fareeda is recorded by respondent No.1 in the office of Asstt.A. G today, wherein she has categorically stated that she has married with Ghulam Shabir without any duress, coercion or undue influence. She is major, sui juris and knows the pros and corns of her life. She has neither been abducted nor kidnapped and the FIR No.138/2011 registered at PS Naudero by her father on 27.9.2011 is false. In view of the statement of the alleged abductee as well as the contents of the affidavit sworn by her  filed today in Court.  The I.O present in Court is directed to file report along with certified copy of this order before the concerned Court for passing an appropriate order in accordance with law if the same has not been passed as yet. Such direction had already been passed vide order passed on 11.10.2011 in C.P.No.S229/2011 of this Court in presence of In-charge SHO PS Kandiaro. The alleged abductee  need not to appear before the concerned Court. The respondent No.1 to 3 are directed to provide protection to Mst. Fareeda and her husband Ghulam Shabir, the respondent No.3. The present petition in the above terms stands disposed of.
