Petitioner is present in Court along with her niece Mst. Amna.
Respondent No.1 has filed statement in writing which is taken on record and copy thereof provided to the counsel for the petitioner. In the statement, respondent No.1 submitted that petitioner approached him and letter to Medical Officer Taluka Hospital Kamber for medicolegal treatment and certificate was issued to her but she did not again appear before him. Petitioner and her injured niece present in Court denied the statement of respondent No.1. Respondent No.1 is directed to record statement of the petitioner today in the office of AAG and if a cognizable case is made out, register the FIR. Respondents No.1 and 3 are directed to provide protection to the petitioner and her family in accordance with law as and when she approach to them. On these directions learned counsel for the petitioner has satisfied and does not press the present petition. The same is disposed of accordingly.
