            By consent,  this appeal is disposed of by setting-aside the impugned order and with direction for hearing of CMAs No. 4588/2012 and 4589/2012 in Suit No. Nil of 2012 (Pakistan Drug House Ltd vs. Sarana Hitshri Ayarvedik & others) on 29.8.2012.                In the meanwhile,  the appellant shall file their counter-affidavits to the above two CMAs with advance copy to the counsel for the respondents.  The copy shall be supplied at-least two days before the date of hearing, as prescribed above.
