            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied with                           an order disposing off this petition with directions to the official respondents not to harass the petitioner and to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law.

          The petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to conduct themselves in the matter strictly in accordance with law. The petitioner,  if feels aggrieved by any action/order of any of the functionaries of the official respondents, shall be at liberty to approach the proper forum for redressal of such grievance, if so advised.
