4.                     It is contended that case bearing Crime No.225/2012 has been registered against applicants/accused at Police Station Kamber for offence punishable under section 117, 419, 388 & 506/2, PPC. It is further contended that the applicants tried to approach the concerned trial Court for bail before arrest but the police was available there to arrest the applicants and therefore, the applicants did not surrender themselves before the trial Court. Mr. Naimtullah Bhurgari, learned State Counsel is present in some other cases, waives the notice of this application and records no objection to the grant of this protective bail.

                        Without touching the merits of the case, I hereby grant protective bail for the period of three  days only on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court. The applicants/accused are directed to surrender before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Kamber-Shahdadkot in the above mentioned period or whichever is earlier.

                        Application stands disposed of accordingly.
