                        Through this constitutional petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

a.                   That this honourable Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents No.01 to 04 to re-sanction the load of the electricity supplied to the Mill of the petitioner as present usage level.

b.                  This honourable Court further be pleased to direct  the respondent No.01 to maintain statusquo  and do not remove the transformer from the Rice Mill, till the decision of this petition.

c.                   Cost of the petition.

d.                  Any other relief which this honourable Court may deems fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

            Notice was issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G.  Comments were called. Learned advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner has  been approached several times for redressal of his grievance but he has not been heard and respondents are bent upon to remove the transformer.  Mr. Khalid Iqbal Memon  appearing on behalf of SEPCO states that   transformer of the petitioner shall not be removed.  He further states that respondents shall hear the petitioner and redress his grievance in accordance with the law.   By consent, in above terms petition stands disposed of accordingly alongwith listed applications.
