            Mr. Ghayoor Abbas Shahani, advocate for respondents/accused Sahab and Balach  stated at Bar that both the respondents/ accused have been acquitted by learned trial Court and application has become infructuous. In these circumstances Mr. Faiz Mohammad Larik, learned counsel for the applicant does not press application filed under section 497 (5), Cr.P.C and it is disposed of accordingly.
