            Through this constitution petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):-

(a) That this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to call upon respondents No.3 to 5, restraining them from causing harassment to petitioner in any manner, so also direct them not to take the law into their hands, and allow the petitioner to live in her husband’s house, give share form the property inherited by her late husband.

(b) Direct respondents No.1 and 2 to take necessary legal action against respondents No.3 to 5 for their illegal acts as disclosed above and to provide due protection of law to the person and property of the petitioner.

(c) Grant any other equitable relief, under the circumstances of the case.

            Notice of this petition was issued to the respondents as well as A.A.G. Comments have been filed by official respondents. Mr. Athar Abbas appeared on behalf of the private respondents. Private respondents, who are present in person, have also filed statements that no harassment has been caused to the petitioner. Learned State counsel also states that every protection shall be provided to the petitioner. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
