                        Through this Constitutional Petition, petitioner Imran Gulshan has approached this Court for the following relief(s):

a)                  To direct the official respondents not to cause harassment to the petitioner and his family members without due course of law.

b)                  To direct DIG Larkana, respondent No.4 do not take law in his own hands if respondent No.5 has any grievance regarding the barrowed amount from the father of petitioner he should adopt legal procedure against father of petitioner not against petitioner.

c)                  To bound down all official respondents they will not cause harassment to petitioner and his family members at the instance of respondent No.5 who is dear and near of DIG Larkana.

d)                  The respondents No.3 and 4 be directed to get ensure that no harassment or risk to the lives and liberties of the petitioner and his family may be caused at the hands of respondent No.5.

 

            Notice of this petition was issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments have been filed by respondents No.2 to 5. In which it is stated that petitioner has not been harassed nor the petitioner shall be harassed in future. Respondent No.4 has specifically mentioned that respondent No.5 namely Naeem Abbas is neither known to him nor he is his relative. DIG has further stated that neither the petitioner has been harassed by him nor intends to do so in future. Respondent No.5 has also filed statement that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner nor the petitioner shall be harassed in future except due course of law. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition more, which is disposed off accordingly.
