               By consent, the learned counsel have agreed to dispose of the instant petition,  in the following terms :-

1. The elections to the offices of respondent No. 3 shall be held within three months from today.

2. The Administrator shall make his fullest endeavor for preparing fair and smooth elections.

3. He shall make only necessary expenditure, however, in case it is inevitable to make expenditure in excess of Rs.500,000/= he shall submit an account regarding such expenditure before this Court with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the petitioners.

              The petition alongwith the pending applications, stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
