2.         Through this application, the petitioners have prayed that the instant petition be disposed of in terms of letter dated 20.02.2012 issued by respondent No. 1, copy of the said letter annexed to the application, reveals that based on final inquiry report, the Chairman NAB has approved the closure of case. Mr. Noor Muhammad Dayo, Senior Prosecutor NAB has no objection to the grant of the application.

                        The application is granted. The petition alongwith the pending applications stands disposed of in terms of the aforenoted letter.
