            Mr.   Mehmood ul Hassan,  President, Karachi Bar Association  and Mr. Khalid Mehmood Ali,  General Secretary, Malir Bar Association alongwith Mr. Miran M. Shah, A.A.G. present on court notice submit that since through a judgment announced by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan just Yesterday,  it has been held that the appointment of Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrates is an exclusive prerogative and within the exclusive domain of the High Court, the present  proceedings have become infructuous and may be disposed of, as such.   Order accordingly.
