Learned counsel for appellants submits that since the appellants have not been able to procure any better offer despite lapse of a considerable time, he would not press the present appeal, learned counsel however, request that the respondent bank may sympathetically consider earnest request of the appellants for reduction of the amount of cost of funds.
We would, therefore, dispose off this appeal with an observation that the respondent bank may consider the appellants’ request in their exclusive discretion for reduction of the cost of funds sympathetically.
In response to the submission by Mr. Raja Qasit Nawaz Khan that the purchase/transfer of the property in question is towards the entire satisfaction of the decretal amount, Ms. Lubna Aman, counsel for respondent bank submits that the order of the executing Court in that regard is clear and specific and shall be abide by.
The appeal alongwith the pending applications stands disposed of, in the foregoing terms.
