3&4.        Case of the petitioner is that 1100 acres of land situated near Karkhi, District Tharparkar was granted to it for 30 years lease effective from 30.4.1992 and while the lease was still subsisting, the respondents have threatened to cancel the same without any justification. Issue notice to the respondents for 14.6.2012. In the meantime, parties are directed to maintain status quo till the next date of hearing.
