Since the abovementined order is sought to be modified by the counsel for Respondent No.1, let the mater be fixed before the same Bench on 31.5.2012 at 11.00 am., when the matter is already fixed there. The inspection that was to  commence on 30.5.2012 shall now commence on 1.6.2012 unless this order is modified.
