2 to 4.     Appellant’s electricity was disconnected as it was using its own domestic power generating facility and at the same time it had the sanctioned load from KESC. 

At this stage, counsel for the KESC states that if a statement is made by the appellant that  it will use KESC as primary source of electricity the KESC shall restore the petitioner’s supply. Counsel for the appellant agrees to the above suggestion.

 Appeal stands disposed of in the above terms alongwith the listed applications. Let the electricity be restored within 48 hours.
