2)         Mr. Nazakat Ali Tanwari has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the plaintiff along with a Resolution of the Board of Directors of the plaintiff whereby Mr. Zia Ahmed, Manager of the Company was empowered to withdraw the suit. Both are taken on record.  Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that through this application the plaintiff seeks unconditional withdrawal of the suit to which learned counsel for the defendants has no objection. Consequently, I see no impediment in granting this application, which is accordingly granted and the suit is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending applications.
