Learned A.A.G. on the instructions of the officer present submits that the case of the petitioner’s son shall be considered and evaluated by the competent authority within one week from today and in case the admission is allowed on certain conditions such shall be thoroughly explained and justified in the report that shall be submitted before the MIT of this Court within a week’s time and in case of refusal, such refusal shall also be fully explained in detail. It may be noted that any unjustified condition and / or refusal shall be delved strictly and the officers those involved dealt with sternly. A copy of the above report shall also be supplied to the petitioner within the above prescribed time.
