4.                     Applicant has applied for protective bail in Crime No.45/2002, lodged at Police Station Qamber under section 506/2, 452, 34, PPC. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to surrender before the trial Court but he apprehends his arrest at the hands of police, therefore, he approached this Court for protective bail.

                        Without touching merits of the case, the applicant is granted protective bail subject to furnishing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/-  to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court for the period of seven days and he is directed to surrender himself before the concerned Court within above stated period of seven days.

            Needless to mention that the operation of this order shall cease to have effect on expiry of seven days from today or when the applicant shall surrender before the trial Court, whichever occurs earlier.
