4.                The applicants have applied for protective bail in crime No.47/2009 of PS A/Section, Kandhkot.  The learned Counsel submits that in the same crime co-accused Muhammad Hashim has already been granted protective bail vide order dated 09.3.2012 in Crl. Bail Application No.D-14/2012, copy of order is available at page 37 of the Court file.  The learned Counsel submits that all the applicants are ready to surrender before the trial Court, but since their non-bailable warrants have been issued, therefore, they apprehend their arrest. 

                   Without touching the merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for seven days from today subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  Let this bail application be fixed in Court for disposal on 06.4.2012.
