          By consent this petition is allowed. Let petitioner shall do the needful as per policy laid down by the Education Department. The petitioner/legal heirs of the donor of the plot shall appear before the concerned Revenue Officer and make appropriate statement with regard to transfer of plot in question in favor of Education Department and the concerned Revenue Officer shall complete the formalities within couple of days. Thereafter petitioner’s case be proceeded and appropriate order shall be passed within a month.

          The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
