                   In this case notice was issued on 17.11.2011.  Thereafter this matter was fixed on 02.12.2011 and 09.3.2012 for non-prosecution, as the petitioners’ Counsel failed to deposit the process fee and also failed to supply copies.  Today, the matter was called in the first round, but petitioners and their learned Counsel were called absent.  In the second round also the position is same.  Neither the petitioners are present nor their Counsel.  This petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
