                   This petition has been filed with the prayer that the respondents No.4 & 5 may be directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioner or forcibly dispossess him from his agricultural land.  The respondents No.4 and 5 are present alongwith their Counsel.  The Counsel for the respondents No.4 and 5 submits that the land belongs to respondents No.4 and 5 and they were illegally dispossessed by the petitioner and some other persons and for which complaint under Sections 3 and 4 of the Illegal Dispossession Act is already pending, in which the Mukhtiarkar has also submitted the report.

                   Conversely, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject-matter of that matter is the different land. 

                   Be that as it may, the question before this Court is only the unlawful harassment and the alleged threats extended by the respondents No.4 and 5 to the petitioner.  The petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents No.1 to 6 not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and they will act strictly in accordance with the law.  If any complaint under the Illegal Dispossession Act is pending, the respondents No.4 and 5 may continue pursuing the same in accordance with the law.
