Respondent No.1 is present in Court and states that he has recently posted in Police Station Sultan Kot and he has not caused any harassment to the petitioner nor  intends to do so in future. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the statement made by the respondent No.1, this petition may be disposed of. Respondents are directed not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and they will strictly act in accordance with the law. Petition is disposed of.
