                        Statement is filed by SIP Hussain Ali Kharl, SHO P.S Civil Lines Larkana.  Contention of Mr.Jatoi is that present police station is not conducting honest investigation therefore, investigation be entrusted to some higher rank police officer outside that police station.

                        State counsel states that though he does not concede that honest investigation is not being conducted but  he has no objection if this constitutional petition is disposed of by directing  the SSP Larkana to entrust  the investigation to higher rank police officer from outside the police station Civil Lines.  Order accordingly.

                        This constitutional petition, in the above terms, is disposed of.
