                        The petitioner has come against the FIR lodged against the husband of petitioner No.1 on the allegation of abduction.  Petitioner No.1 states that  she  has contracted marriage out of her own free will.  

                        Mr. Habibullah G. Ghouri, appearing for the private respondents, contends  that the Petitioner No.1  was already married with respondent No.3 Rasool Bux, when she contracted marriage with the petitioner No.2.     Question of whether  petitioner No.1  was already married  when she contracted marriage with petitioner No.2 is a dispute  which is to be resolved  by the Family Court.   Hence  the FIR No.15/2012  of P.S Thul is quashed. The petition is disposed.
