          The applicants are booked in Crime No.29/2011, lodged with P.S Abad, District Jacobabad, for offences punishable under section 324, 337-A (i), 337-F (ii), 337-L (ii), 147, 148 P.P.C.

          Ten accused persons have been nominated in the F.I.R. However, no direct role of inflicting lathi blow, which they are said to be carrying, has been assigned to the present applicants. In view of the above learned State counsel concedes to the grant of bail.

          In the circumstances, the applicants are granted bail upon their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousands) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
