            The only grievance of the petitioners is that they are being transferred from one place to another. In response, the respondent No.1/ Secretary Local Government, in his comments has stated as follows :-

            “In Local Government Department, transfer and posting in Local Council are frequently made on the recommendation of members of parliament and with the consent of the Minister, LG. In order to counter prevent frequently transfer and posting a policy has been devised and sent to Minister, LG for approval in which it has been stressed out that frequent transfer and posting are not in the interest of good administration hence, should be discourage and one should not be disturb. However, petitioner has been posted as Secretary, Union Council, Pir Bux Bhutto, District Larkana and would not be disturbed/transferred from the said post for least six months.”

            In view of the commitment made in this paragraph, counsel for the petitioners are satisfied and these petitions are disposed of accordingly.
