          Being aggrieved by order dated 16.02.2009, the petitioner field Constitutional Petition No. 442/2009, which was dismissed by Single Judge of this Court vide order dated 30.09.2009; it was dismissed for non-prosecution. No restoration application was filed and now this petition has been filed challenging the same order which was challenged in C.P. No.442/2009. Since a petition has already been dismissed, and petitioner neither applied for restoration nor has gone to the Supreme Court against it, this petition is dismissed. Listed applications are disposed of.
