                        Learned A.A.G   has submitted  a report  by Incharge Chowki Noorpur Thana Musafirkhan District Bahawalpur wherein it is stated that  Zafar S/O Abdul Shafi,  the present petitioner is not required  by them  in Crime No.81/2010.  Report is also submitted  by SDPO  Warrah  and it is stated that the petitioner is Zafar Ali S/O Abdul Shafi  and not Zafar S/O Fazal Hussain.  In view of such  reports, learned A.A.G   stated that  he has no objection if the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released, if not required in any other case.  Order accordingly.  This  constitutional petition stands disposed of.
