the petitioner prays that the petition be disposed of in terms of the letter
placed on record and the statement made by the learned D.A.G.
We have heard the learned counsel for the
petitioner as well as learned D.A.G. In
view of the latest development in the matter, we would dispose of the same in
terms of letter placed on record today and the statement made by the learned
D.A.G.
