-.-.-

The petitioner, a sub-inspector with Pakistan Rangers, through the instant petition has sought the following relief:-

a)                                         To stop the movement of the petitioner along with the 32-Wing to the border area.

b)                                         To direct the respondent No.1 to post/transfer the petitioner from 32-Wing to any other Unit Headquarter in Karachi on compassionate grounds as petitioner’s wife has become heart patient due to the continuous harassment of department and the life and honour of petitioner’s wife and children are in danger.

c)                                         To direct the respondent No.2 to allot official residence to the petitioner where he is already residing for further 7 years (till petitioner’s 11 years young son becomes adult) as this residence is nearby the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital where petitioner’s wife who is heart patient may be shifted instantly in case of any emergency.

d)                                         After the filing of this petition in this Hon’ble Court, departmental authorities may hurt the petitioner by any means. So in case of any mishap with the petitioner or his family FIR may please be registered against respondent No.2, 3 and 4.

e)                                         In case if they stop the petitioner to appear in this Hon’ble Court for hearing, petitioner’s wife Mrs. Nasreen Iqbal may please be considered as petitioner and she should be allowed to appear in the Court for hearing in this petition.

f)                                          To stop the harassment to the petitioner and his family which is in progress since 2008.

The petition is not maintainable firstly for the reason that the petitioner is a government servant and secondly there seems no justification for interfering with the orders of posting and transfer in the facts and circumstances of the case. The petition is therefore dismissed.
