          This is an application for return of security.  On 1.3.2012 the applicant was granted protective bail upto 5.3.2012 in the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. The applicant accordingly surrendered before the trial Court and obtained bail vide order dated  5.3.2012. In the circumstances, the security deposited in this case is no more required which may be returned to the surety on proper verification and identification.
