                        The  petitioner is produced in Court.  She states that she apprehended danger from her husband Rab Rakhio Chandio and sought protection.  She states that now suit for dissolution of marriage has been decreed by the Family Judge and therefore, she wants to go and live with children of her  husband.  Petitioner  is adult and sui juris and is entitled to her liberties.   She may go wherever she wants to go. 

            Consequently, this criminal miscellaneous application is disposed of.
