                   There are three F.I.Rs, in respect of which this Constitutional Petition has been filed.  Regarding F.I.R No.79/2010, it is prayed that after impartial investigation report under Section 173, Cr.P.C be submitted.  It is stated at the bar that the challan was submitted and the trial is proceeding.  Therefore, as far as this F.I.R is concerned, this petition has become infructuous.

                   Other two F.I.Rs are F.I.R No.51/2010 and 98/2010.  In the first F.I.R, it is stated at the bar that evidence has been recorded and now matter is fixed for final arguments.  Regarding second F.I.R, it is stated that the accused persons have been declared absconders and challan has been filed in the trial Court.  Consequently, this Constitutional Petition has become infructuous and same is dismissed accordingly.  The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to file appropriate application before the trial Court or a private complaint, if she so deems advisable.
