Mr. Ghulam Muhiyuddin Durrani, advocate for the petitioner, alongwith the petitioner.

                   This application has been filed claiming employment on the basis of rule 11-A of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Transfer and Promotion) Rules, 1974.  Learned Counsel fairly conceded that father of the petitioner retired upon attaining age of superannuation.  In such situation, rule 11-A is not attracted.  Consequently, the petition is dismissed in limine.  Listed applications are disposed of. 

                   However, needless to observe that if the petitioner applies for job, his application shall be considered in accordance with the rules and on merit.
