            Advertisement for the post of Primary School Teacher appeared on 24.9.2008. Qualification prescribed, as stated in the para-2 of the petition was intermediate in 2^nd Division. Marks certificate shown by the learned counsel in the court indicates that the examination was held in November, 2009 and the marks certificate was issued to the petitioner on 15.3.2010, therefore, at the time when advertisement appeared the petitioner was not qualified to apply. When confronted with this position learned counsel stated that why he was allowed to sit in examination. In the comments, it is stated that bogus certificate was submitted. Consequently, this constitution petition is dismissed.
