          With the consent of learned Asstt. A.G. this constitutional petition is disposed of in the following terms:

          Since the District Accounts Officer, Larkana, has stated that vide letter No. DAOL/Esstt:/-33/2008, dated 07.08.2008, case for appointment of the petitioner in terms of Rule 11-A of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1974, has been forwarded to the Secretary Finance, Government of Sindh. The Secretary Finance, Government of Sindh, is directed to decide the matter of appointment of the petitioner in accordance with the above stated rules within period of two months. Decision be communicated to the petitioner within above stated period of two months.  Let a copy of this order be given to the learned Asstt. A.G. who shall fax it to the Secretary Finance.
