          Mr. Muhammad Rafique Shaikh, Administrator, T.M.A, Khairpur Nathan Shah/respondent No.1 has placed on record copy of order dated 30.08.2011, which order evidences that the petitioner is appointed as Chowkidar in BS-01; a copy of the order has been given to the petitioner in Court and Mr. Muhammad Rafique Shaikh says that the petitioner shall be taken on duty today as regular employee, if he reports for duty. The petitioner is directed to go with Mr. Shaikh and submit his joining report.

          In view of the above, this constitutional petition is disposed of.
