            After trial appellant was convicted vide judgment dated 30.6.2010 and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for one month and to pay fine of Rs.1000/-. Appeal was filed by the present appellant and revision was filed by the complainant and the learned appellate court vide judgment dated 13.10.2011 dismissed the appeal and accepted the revision and enhanced the sentence to three years and fine of Rs.5000/-

            With the consent of learned State counsel and since firstly the sentence is short and secondly  it was enhanced on revision application, the application is allowed, sentence is suspended and applicant is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing solvent surety for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.
