          Order dated 22.03.2012, was passed with the consent of the learned counsel and it was stated in that order that if bank guarantee is not submitted by April, 6, 2012, the pre-arrest bail application shall be deemed to have been dismissed. In this application it is prayed that instead of bank guarantee, surety be allowed. A person who issued a cheque must have the resources to honor that cheque. In any case order dated 22.03.2012, clearly states that if the guarantee is not submitted by April, 6, 2012, pre-arrest bail shall be deemed to have been dismissed. No ground whatsoever has been made out for the change in this regard. Consequently, this application is dismissed.
