          The respondent No.1 has filed his statement, which is taken on record; copy where of provided to learned counsel for the petitioners.

          Mr. Anwar Ali Shaikh, Advocate for respondents No. 8 & 9, categorically denies the allegations leveled against private respondents. However, he further contended that neither the respondents have caused any sort of harassment to the petitioners, nor intend to do so in future.

          In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioners is satisfied and seeks disposal of the instant petition in terms of the above statement. Order accordingly.
