                        Respondents No.5 to 8 have filed their statements, same are available on record, copies whereof have been supplied to Mr.Kazim Raza Shah who after going through the same is satisfied and seeks disposal of instant petition in terms of above statements.   Besides, learned counsel  further contends  that official respondents may be bound down to provide  protection to the petitioner as he is being harassed by them at the behest of private respondents.

                        In view of above, instant petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioner shall not be harassed or intimidated in any manner and the official respondents  to ensure  that no harassment is caused to the petitioner and they shall provide protection to the petitioner in accordance with the law.
