4.    Counsel for the applicant contends that on 23.4.2012 the applicant, after obtaining protective bail from the High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad, in FIR No.08/2012, P.S ANF, Clifton, u/s 6 9(c ) CNS Act,1997, appeared before the trial Court (Special Judge, CNS Court No.1, Karachi) to seek bail  but the Presiding Judge was on leave. The applicant again approached the trial Court and  another date was given for hearing the bail application. On that date the Presiding Officer was again on leave and the Link Judge  did not have the charge to decide the bail application.

In the above circumstances, this Court has no option but to grant ten days’ time to the Applicant to surrender before the trial Court. The surety furnished by the applicant shall remain intact. The concession of extension shall cease on 14.5.2012 or when the applicant surrenders before  the trial Court, whichever is earlier.
