            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the case has been disposed of as “A” class,  he shall not press this petition and would seek appropriate remedy before an appropriate forum. 

          We would, therefore, dismiss this petition.  The petitioner may however, if so advised, file appropriate proceedings against the disposal of the case as “A” class, as reported.
