                   Mr.   Faiz H. Shah, advocate for the petitioner.

            Through this appeal, the appellant who is defendant No. 6 in Suit No. 267/2012 has assailed order dated 14.3.2012, in terms whereof Nazir of this Court has been appointed commissioner to inspect the suit property and in case, it is found that the plaintiff, respondent No. 1 herein has in fact been dispossessed from the suit property,  as alleged by her,  by force and in violation of the Courts order dated 13.3.2011,  possession of the suit property be taken over  by the Nazir.

            Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that he shall be satisfied, if the appeal is disposed of by setting the appellant at liberty to file an appropriate application for modification of the said order and by permitting the appellant to file objections to the Nazir’s Report and further directions to the learned Single Judge to dispose off the proposed application within two months from the date hereof.  The request seems to be reasonable.

            The instant appeal alongwith the pending applications, stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
