Petitioner submits that since the respondents No.1 and 2 have in their comments submitted that due to creation of Taluka Mehrabpur, the constituency of District Nausharo Feroze will be re-described, he submits that the petition may be disposed of in the foregoing terms with an observation that such re-description will be strictly in consonance with the relevant laws and rules. The petition along with pending applications is therefore disposed of in the foregoing terms.
